Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Raleigh

I have taken my dog here since he was a puppy. We had a terrible experience at another groomers and was very nervous to find somewhere else. We’ve been seeing Ms. Rain, specifically, for almost a year since I’ve gotten my dog. She is kind, gentle, patient, and an incredible groomer! My dog needs an emotional support brush to not try to chew hers during grooming. Ms. Rain has his needs down pat, he goes to her happily, and comes out happy and looking stunning. I have people stop and ask where he’s groomed. The front desk staff is wildly friendly and kind, they are also great at communication. We’re thrilled to be customers here!

I have been coming to Woof Gang since September 2025 when I adopted my 12-year old big baby, Ace. Tony at Woof Gang is hands down the best groomer out there! He takes care of my baby and has never came back injured or shaky/anxious after his grooming appointments. Tony goes above and beyond! The prices are average compared to other places in Raleigh, but this location is super punctual with drop off and pick up time. They abide by their appointments and I love receiving text reminders of bookings and texts to let me know when my baby will be ready for pick up. The staff here is amazing, they are insanely kind and knowledgeable!! Definitely recommend!

I came in last minute, my husky, Zeus, decided to roll around in a mud pit at the dog park, and i had a 6pm meeting i could not miss. I came in at 4:30 to do the self wash (ive always got him groomed, I never did it myself). I got him shampooed and everything just got, but i didnt know how to blow out his undercoat or anything. Im STRESSING out big time because i thought imma miss my call. Amanda, the groomer who works there took care of me and more importantly, Zeus. She dried him up for me and took care of his coat, which by the way is shedding big time. She got all the fur out for me and I can not state how much I recommend her to anyone. I got home just in time for my call and I will be using her moving forward for sure. Thank you Amanada!!!

Took my Pom here for a full groom, and the results were horrible. I showed them the first picture for reference, and they texted me 1 hour later saying he was ready to go. Usually it takes 4 hours for his grooming appointments, and I knew something was off. There was no heads up that he was soon to be done, so I had to rush over. I payed $80 for this service and they took him out to me looking like this. Didn’t even try to blend out his mane and cut his fur too short. I’m worried his hair won’t be able to grow back since he’s getting old. Save yourself $80. Don’t go here. Other places have reasonable prices and do a much better job, such as Paws Fur Grooming - Holly Springs. Wish I could get my money back.

We have one beautiful baby girl that Miss Jess has been grooming/working with for over 8 years, maybe closer to 9 years...(but who's counting) and another high-energy doodle that Jess has been grooming/working with for four years. She's always pleasant, always does an absolutely amazing job with them and gets them looking amazing on every visit. She and the Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming Raleigh team truly care about our pups and us honestly! Although not the closest location to our home, it's worth the drive to know our pups are being taken care of! Thank you, Jess and the entire team for all that you do. You've certainly won customers for life.
