Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Flowers Crossroads

We saw this cute store as we were passing thru and stopped in here bc how could you not worth a store name so adorable! Loved seeing all the all natural products (for dogs and cats) and homemade treats with the ingredients listed!! If you're ever in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by!

First time there, went in just to book an appointment and did not expect same day, but they scheduled me in for later in the afternoon! Luna is a 6 year old nervous girl and was very timid in the beginning. I wish I remembered our groomers name she was so kind and professional! The place was clean, I dropped her off for a bath, nail trim, and teeth cleaning. She did an amazing job because Luna came out shiny and happy! I don’t have a before photo but Luna was way over due for a spa day and had become very matted. We will definitely be coming back!

Our dog Rainy hasn't ever been properly groomed before and her coat was a mess. They did a wonderful job and she looks so beautiful. They got all of her mats out and even sent her home with cute little bows on her ears. She's adorable and we're so happy with how she looks. I'm sure she feels much better.

I called on a Friday afternoon to schedule a grooming appointment for my puppy that Sunday. Before hanging up, I specifically asked if they needed anything from me, and they said no. The next day (Saturday), they proceeded to call me non-stop. They didn't leave a voicemail until the 4th or 5th call, finally saying they had forgotten to ask me to bring his vet records. Of course, I couldn't get these because my vet is only open Monday through Friday. I decided to cancel because I found it incredibly unprofessional that they forgot such an important detail and then bombarded me with calls. When I asked if there was a cancellation fee, they said yes. I explained that this was unfair as it was their mistake. They had to get a manager's approval to waive it and then told me that if I ever can

I had the BEST experience with Woof Gang grooming and bathing. They trimmed our golden retriever perfectly. It also did not take them a long time to do both dogs, which is a plus. Our dogs are extremely soft, they smell amazing, and seem very clean! We are very happy with the quality of service and the rapport of all the ladies that work there. We will definitely be back to this adorable place!
