Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming DeLand

This place was absolutely amazing. I have never owned a dog, Let alone had to go to a groomer. Upon entering, there are so many neat looking items for your pets. They even had a cute little welcome, sign out front for us when we arrived. I booked my dog's appointment online with Samantha! The process was super easy and took me no time at all. Due to it being our first time I had to provide shot records for my dog. The checking process was super quick. About an hour later, I received a call from samantha, saying that my dog was ready to go home. Everyone I interacted from the time I walked in the door till the time that I walked out with my dog an hour or so later was a pleasure. I will definitely be doing the follow up care every six weeks to get him groomed and maintained.

Absolutely phenomenal!! I showed up before they opened with 2 labs to get their nails done. And I know I always wait to long, and then they get to long, and it makes it harder. Their energy level is thru the roof too, so that doesn't help either. Just a couple minutes after they opened they came out and grabbed one at a time and 10 minutes later they were both done. I chose to wait out front. They did a great job very short considering how long I wait in between. Not sharp as they are almost impossible to dremel / grind. Very reasonable price also. Will definitely go back hopefully more frequently.

I’ve been bringing my dog, Mako, to Woof Gang Bakery for grooming for several years, which makes this review disappointing to write. Over the last few visits, Mako has consistently come home still wet. Because he is a double-coated dog, this has led to hot spots, and after a previous appointment we had to obtain a veterinary prescription to treat them. I brought him back again hoping this would improve, but the same issue occurred. Erin was the original groomer during this visit. Afterward, the owner and a groomer named Lindsey apologized and dried him more, and I made it clear that this has been an ongoing issue. Here at Woofgang bakery and grooming, we have never been disappointed with the grooming our Golden Retriever has received here. We have been going here for the last year or so and they are without a doubt the best grooming place we have been to. Today was no exception, Hector did an amazing job with our girl. I will also say no matter what groomer at Woofgang we have had, they all have done amazing jobs.
