LOVE this Vet and her Staff. They took very good care of my dog. They treat you like Family. If the Vet can't fix or figure out the problem with your Fur Baby she will send you to a Specialist. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a Reputable Vet to go here. I drove 1 hr each way just to take my dog here and it was worth the trip. I'm Thankful for their Kindness especially in difficult situations. ❤️

Not impressed with the office staff's phone skills and ability to answer questions in a manner that demonstrates confidence. I have a friend that swears by this vet and has nothing but good things to say, so I'll attempt to get an e-mail and bypass the front staff to hopefully have questions answered by the Vet before brining in my pet. 09-11-25 Communication via e-mail worked incredibly well: Willow was able to get an ID Chip, rabies shots, and required immunizations for international travel without difficulty. Will have to visit a different vet for the FAVN and USDA travel certificate but that is not a problem. Will say 5 stars based on e-mail communication and how happy my friend Jennifer is with the pet visits.

My dog has been very sick for last 5 months. Last month he was diagnosed with diabetes. It has been awful for my dog and me. It has also been expensive. I have not been the nicest on some days with them. For that I apologize. They have been very patient and as accommodating as possible. It’s basically an experiment trying to get the insulin dosage correct. It’s very stressful. I think he is all most there (hopefully) and on the road to feeling better. The clinic could use an update but overall Dr Costello and staff have been very nice and knowledgeable. One month later my dog is almost back to his normal self. Running and playing and digging (his favorite hobby). I highly recommend Dr Costello and staff if your animal is sick.

Love them! We took our dog for the first time a few weeks ago. We had been driving to Livingston but finally changed vets to our home town. Every vet visit previously, our little baby had to be muzzled because he was so fearful of vet clinics. Always trying to bite and would growl all through the visit. We took him here and not one growl and they did not need to muzzle our little guy. The doctor was so gentle as was the staff. It was nice not to put Mr. Sweet Face through all that anxiety. Our clinic of choice forever!

They are very kind and understand how you feel about your pet they're good with your pet and they make sure you don't go over the amount that you have I will recommend this vet's office to everyone it was the best experience I have ever had out of that office
