This place cares more about profits than the animals they treat. I recently had an appointment for my dog and they recommended a new course of treatment for my dog that was eight times more expensive per month than the one he was currently on which has been succesful. They begrudgingly filled the prescription. When I called a month later for a refill, they insisted that I make another appointment first. (More money) So, I made the appointment. They said they would refill enough until the appointment. When I went in to pick it up. They said it would be $25 for 10 pills. I stated: you charged me $25 before for a 30 day supply. They said, whether I get 10 pills, 20 pills or 30 pills it's still $25. What would you do. I said keep the pills, I'll find another Vet. I recommend you do the same!

Our bulldogs love this place. We do too. The first vet I have been to that took the time and chat/play with the pups. Dr. Linson loves and care for our kids and gave us great options and care. Our dogs are actually excited to go to the vet 🤯 Oh and their app is great!

I don’t leave public reviews unless I believe others need to be warned, and in this case, they absolutely do. I brought in both of my cats, Aries and Nara, for respiratory issues. I was promised lab results by a specific date, prescriptions were said to be sent to the pharmacy, and I was told communication would be prompt. None of that happened. I called three times, went straight to voicemail, and sent multiple written requests without any timely response. This was during an active respiratory illness, where hours, not days, can matter. When I finally escalated and demanded answers, the clinic terminated care entirely, cutting off access and citing “tone” instead of addressing the actual failures in follow-through. To be clear: * Lab results were late * No communication from the pharmacy

I've been taking my furry kids to Woodland Hills Pet Clinic for over 20 years. We LOVE Dr. Linson and her amazing staff. They are so professional, compassionate, thoughtful and caring. Dr. Linson has gone above and beyond when we have had to deal with difficult situations. I appreciate her holistic approach and openness to think outside of just traditional medicine. My furry kids actually get excited to spend time with their friends at WHPC.

1. Dr. Linson was very knowledgeable, considerate, empathetic, kind, and gracious with her time. She spent additional time with us to talk about ongoing care of our dog Lucas. Her recommended treatment was effective. And the clinic followed up with us to see how Lucas was doing. 2. Dr. Linson did not upsell us on any treatment or services even though she was clear on her recommendations. Pricing is fair. 3. The clinic was beautiful and smelled good. The treatment rooms were comfortable, nice, and bright. 4. The clinic’s staff greeted us warmly. 5. The clinic accommodated our same-day appointment request. When I made the initial call, the clinic’s attendant asked pertinent questions about Lucas’ condition and sent us the forms via email so we can fill out ahead of our visit. WH Pet C
