Edit 10/20/25: DO NOT GO HERE ANYMORE. Dr Rector had been wonderful but he definitely needs to retire. We took our pets in a couple of times and received bad care from him. (The vet techs were and still are some of the most amazing people) 1. Lexi our Belgian Malinois for chewing through her re-enforced crate. I was concerned because I had found blood on the floor along with saliva into the fact that she chewed through metal. When I took her to Dr. Rector for him to look at her in for them to trim her nails, they took care of her nails and Dr. Rector barely looked at her teeth before seeing that she’s perfectly fine and doing great. Then I took our oldest corgi to the vet because she was shaking, avoiding being held, crying out, not going to the bathroom, etc which is completely abnormal f

Wanted to love this place because of the great reviews but I haven't had the best experiences. I got my senior GSDs annual shots here and wasn't told until after payment that they were out of rabies tags (which are legally required by Duncan city code). They said no problem, they'd mail it to me. I waited almost 2 months and called them because I still hadn't gotten the tag, and again they said they'd mail it out. It's now 5 months since that first appointment and I still haven't gotten the rabies tag. Then a little over a week ago I placed an online order to refill on prescription flea medication using the QR code on my invoice, and the order is still "awaiting approval" from them. I am facing a serious matter with my 11 y.o. Chihuahua. Being very unhappy with my long time local Vet, I called for advice and to schedule an appointment. The kindness, and compassion I received in just that phone call alone makes me believe, I have found my fur baby the right doctor. 🙏

I have been here for my Yorkie, Danai, a couple of times now. I am so impressed by the warmth and experience shown by the vet and his assistant. The first time she had an abcess that he walked in and diagnosed immediately. They are incredibly affordable. I am so grateful this place is here and I hope that he stays in good health for many more years to come.
