Wizzard of Pawz Grooming

I had my dogs groomed with them for a couple of years. Honestly, only stayed with them because of convenience of their location. I made an appointment and had to reschedule the day before due to them having a new location which I was not told about until I got the appointment reminder text message.As usual, no one answered the phone, so I left a message. Of course I never got a call back. Their appointment was at 9am and I called around 8:30 the day before, so I followed the 24hrs in advance. Now they are charging me a no call, no show fee of the FULL SERVICE of the grooming! As if they weren’t already overpriced. So much for long term customer appreciation!

Do not recommend I have been coming here for over 4 years and honestly with the last interaction they only care about the money and even if you are 5 min late they make you pay still for the visit even without the groom…. I’ve been going here since before covid with 4 dogs in my family. I went to another groomer recently and was told whoever groomed my dog before was pulling their ear hairs out in one go which is why he was flinching. They have knicked my dog as well and in general they need to do business better especially with loyal customers.

I’m really disappointed with how my dog was groomed this time. I understand his hair needed to be trimmed, but in the past they managed to cut it short without losing his shape. This time, however, they just shaved everything down evenly with no style at all. On top of that, I was charged much more than the last visit. I will not be coming back.

Staff is great with my dog who is not a fan of nail trims. Appreciate them so much! Highly recommend!

Can't recommend Kane at Wizzard of Pawz enough. He was kind and personable and explained everything that was going to be done with my pup. She's kinda spastic when it comes to being with strangers but she settled down as soon as he held her. Absolutely love the feel and smell of my furr baby when I pick her up.
