Dr. Heim is incredibly caring and thorough and has been a great for all our dogs. His staff is wonderful too. And he will give you his cell phone for any emergency, really giving you peace of mind. We recently had to put one of my dogs down due to old age and they were so comforting and caring. Then another of my dogs had to have a quick surgery to save her life due to a diagnosis and again they were so wonderful and caring. Absolutely recommend.
We are new to the area and we’re looking for a New Veterinarian. We were offered a cancellation spot for the same day and had great service and all my questions and concerns were addressed I feel very comfortable bringing our fur babies to their New Veterinary
Dr Hein is as skilled of a surgeon for tplo surgery as you could hope. I'm grateful that career moves put us in his radius for our dogs two procedures.
Dr Hein & the girls were absolutely wonderful with my pups surgery. Very caring, informative & prompt.
I have been a client for over 25 years, through 4 dogs. Dr. Hein is very knowledgeable, considerate and responsive. We recently had an issue with our basset hound and Dr. Mark took extra time out of his weekend to respond and address the issue. We highly recommend Wisconsin Veterinary Orthopedics.
