Windy Ridge K9

Our 11 month old female German Shepherd recently stayed with Lora for her 3 week board and train program. She learned so much and is doing great! We now can do group classes when before she would constantly bark! She has better behavior and self control now and we are making great strides toward her canine good citizen. Lora was super communicative while Oli was there and has had great follow up too. I highly recommend her!!

When I first got my Belgian Malinois, I had done a lot of research to be sure I knew what I was getting myself into. However, if I would not have met Lora, I would have tried to train her the traditional way, which is not optimal when owning a Malinois. Lora is not only knowledgeable when it comes Malinois, which is hard to find, she always explained in detail my Malinois behavior. Not only did I get her expert guidance, she also helped me gain knowledge and understanding of the breed. I have seen her work with various different breeds and what makes her so special is that she can “read” a dog by watching it and will come up with a training plan that best fits the animal and owner. I have personally seen her take an aggressive dog, turn him into an obedient companion and winning obedience

We brought our 8 week old puppy home and although he was adorable he was also very difficult. If he was awake he was attempting to chew on hands or feet. He was also aggressive at times. The breeder suggested we send her to training and recommended Lora at Windy Ridge. We dropped him off at about 4 months old and left him for 3 weeks. Lora kept us updated with pictures and videos. When we picked him up he was still loveable but much calmer and well behaved. It was such a good investment! I would do it again in a second! Thanks Lora!!

Our German Shepherd puppy was recently at Lora's for training at her facility in Cleburne Texas. When we picked him up we couldn't believe the difference in his behavior! We brought our 7 month old German shepherd puppy who had issues with constantly barking and pulling on the leash. He wasn’t listening and was getting hard to handle. He spent 3 weeks at training. Came home a brand new puppy. He actually listens and it’s much easier to get his attention now.
