I recently found myself disgusted with the increased cost and the vet care I was receiving from VCA DW Animal Hospital in Bedford. I had started there 21 years ago and absolutely loved the vets and prices were very affordable. Since then, VCA purchased them and things have gone downhill over the past 5 years. They went from $10 nail trim to $29 or $50 as an add on to a visit and often times didn’t do the dew claws (and also didn’t tell me) Resulting in ingrown nails. They offered to sedate her and clip them for $400. Had to be on a surgical day. It was October and the First opening was is January. Their surgical fees also went up dramatically. We have been coming to Windham Animal Hosp for 13 yrs. They have always been kind, gentle and loving. We've had Dr Pearson for 2 Neuterings, a dislocated knee, and 4 (2 each) dental cleanings. All the techs/Drs have been wonderful. I would highly recommend them!. Thank you!!!

Big shout out to Dr. Pearsons, Dr. Poirier, vet techs, and the staff at the front desk. On Thursday 11/7 I found a small lump on my Boxer's chest. I was able to get a same day appointment and diagnosis where it was determined my puppy had a mass cell tumor. The team at windham animal hospital scheduled her surgery right away and was able to remove the tumor on Tuesday 11/11. Within a week we had the biopsy results. To the entire staff at windham animal hospital, thank you. Every experience has been amazing and you have treated my pets with love and care. I cannot thank you enough for the work you have done and will contiune to do.

My animals have been patients here for over 30 years and have and still do continue to go here! They have received the best care from Dr. Pearson to Dr. Keshan, they never disappoint!

Dr. Jimmerson is a 5 star veterinarian and Katie the receptionist goes above and beyond. Today I laid to rest my dog Roscoe and it was smooth. The reason for the four is not all of the staff are friendly and you never see the manager. I lived at that place practically for the last year with two sick animals and not once met or saw whomever they call a manager. God rest your soul Roscoe.
