This was the worst vet ive ever dealt with. The vet tech was so rude, I got my best friend euthanized and i wanted the process to be peaceful, instead my cat was slammed on the table and aggressively shaken while given a tranquilizer when i was told a sedative, in the moment i wanted my cat to be the most peaceful instead he was terrified and slammed onto a cold table getting shaken by the neck, he is way too big of a cat to have been held in the air by his scruff. He was then shoved back into a cat carrier after the tranquilizer and I was given a 10 minute timer and told to go wait. I then waited an extra almost 10 minutes because they did other stuff. This is the most disgusting vet ive ever been to.

Great amazing vet! A few great girls! I'd never go to another vet and he's an asset to Winchester and I don't know what our family and all of my family in Winchester will do when, he retires.. I know lots and lots of families that are dreading that day! Farm animals large or small/household cats and dogs he is amazing!

Brought a feral cat in to get fixed. Dr did not use dissolvable stitches. Said to bring back in 2 weeks to remove stitches. I was LUCKY to have gotten her in a carrier the first time to bring her. My arms got clawed.. I never could get her after the 2 weeks to remove stitches. I pray kitty will be ok. I know places get busy! But there is no excuse for attitude especially in front of other people! Update: My opinion, it's not a matter of has it changed! The incident mentioned above was uncalled for!

Our first time experience with them was unfortunately very sad. We had to have our 14 year old amazing pit-bull euthanized. 😪 He was in pain badly from sore bones and several masses on his body, so it was time. We had to say our goodbyes as hard as it was for us. We knew we couldn't be selfish any longer. The staff was very kind, understanding, supportive, and very gentle. They explained how the process would work and allowed us to be with him during the entire procedure. It was very comforting knowing we were with him until the very end. One thing that I really am thankful for is that they offered paw prints. As pictured, it's a clay print of his foot, his was size large, and it costs $30, size small, maybe around $15-20. Sorry, i can't remember exactly. But it's something we will have
