Very happy with my experience here. I had a doggie that needed a quick appointment. I got one the next day. My dog is also aggressive to other animals. They were very accommodating taking me in the back door to avoid other animals in the lobby. I got medicine to make my dogs issues go away pretty much immediately. He's a happy boy now. I will go back to this vet for future visits. Thank you!

I love going to Wilmington Animal Hospital. Thier care is rated tops. They always greet my pets by there names and they make them feel so special. My yorkie Taurus even gives them 🫂 hugs

I like the vets and vet techs, BUT sadly, I must provide a negative review - after taking a good number of pets over a couple of decades, and having referred about 10 friends and neighbors. At this point, I am seriously considering leaving this practice and I am no longer able to unconditionally refer friends. PROBLEM: the emphasis seems to have shifted from care to MONEY. Recently they stopped cooperating with other pharmacies, so you have to order any prescriptions and prescription foods through them. This feels very manipulative, and as I have discovered a) they don't even carry what I have been using, and b) their prices, even with autoship, are considerably higher than elsewhere for the same items. I found this out when my usual source of special diet (CHEWY) informed me that they c
