Willow Mountain Veterinary

First, I left several messages for the vet to call me back and received no return calls at all! I gave them a second chance because we have been going there for over 6 years, but unfortunately we were extremely disappointed and angered when my husband picked up our 2 dogs after a dental appointment. The office was busy and noisy and he asked the receptionist to repeat the $ amount 3 times and she just said 7-7. So not hearing the amount correctly he wrote the check incorrectly. They said he could bring another check down asap but was working and could not get back there in time. I called right away and spoke to a staff member and explained the situation and telling her I will bring a check first thing in the morning. She put me on hold, got the Vet and she proceeded to tell me it was not a

The staff at this facility is absolutely incredible. They have always met the needs of my pets without exception. I will not take them anywhere else!

My wife and I have taken our service dogs here for years. Our pets have received wonderful care and reasonable rates. They are very caring.

When my puppy broke her leg she had never been to willow mountain, but it was the closest place so I rushed her there. They opened the door for us no questions asked. When my senior dog was dying of old age, they got us in to end her suffering right away. They did the same for my cat. Just today I saw a post about a dog that had been hit by a car. Owner hadn’t been found yet but of course they took the dog in immediately. Many vets are not this way. I never heard one complaint about squeezing in another client, having to readjust the schedule, or take on extra work. I’m sure that sometimes means you have to stay later than planned or work through your lunch break. It can’t be easy and I know that when I’m emotionally distracted by the situation, I don’t remember to properly show my gratitu
