My two large pups boarded with Willow Hill for 4 nights last week. The team were wonderful from start to finish. Extremely easy booking with Emily, who answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know. Drop-off was seamless, with lots of information beforehand on what to bring—as well as what NOT to bring which was very helpful. Both dogs walked in to the facility extremely calmly and never looked back! Pick-up was just as flawless and both pups smell fabulous!!! I am not sure if they included a bath for them or not, but 10/10 on cleanliness. I am thoroughly impressed. Both pups are relaxed, happy, and seem much calmer than any other times I have brought them home from other facilities. We will be back and I would 100% recommend anyone giving them a try for their dogs

Melinda at Willow Hill Pet Salon does a beautiful job every time! I’m extremely happy with how well our tiny Yorkie is treated, how wonderful she smells and perfect her haircut is when we pick her up. Definitely recommend Willow Hill!

It was our first visit to Willow Hill for a grooming appointment.. Zoe’s first ever grooming anywhere and I was beyond impressed with the services and staff here. Everyone was so friendly and gentle with my girl who can be very anxious at times. Zoe looks beautiful and we look forward to our future visits here! ❤️

Well for a while we did like Willow Pet Salon! It was so much less stressful for our Pomeranian than pet smart! We even took the extra 30 min drive to take him somewhere we felt was more comfortable and professional! BUT…. After about a year we had a couple groomers before getting the same girl every time name who I won’t throw under the bus because I feel the owner is responsible for making sure the employees know their facts to work in a so called professional grooming place! But Pomeranians can not be cut tok closely! If their undercoat is cut into it will cause their hair to not regrow properly and this is what happened to us not once but twice!
