Willow Grove Animal Clinic

Today was difficult, different. My oldest dog was at the end of her life. The Vet checked her over and shared from the heart that in her opinion, it is time to let her go. My wife and I did not want our little dog to suffer so we agreed to let her go. When I brought my dog in she could not sit still. However, when they medicated her, she was able to lay down as if she wasn't hurting anymore. The ease of her laying on the table, that is how I will remember her. No more pain, no more struggles, just a gentle passing. The staff at Willow Grove are so nice No snappy rushed responses to any questions. No keeping their eyes only on the computer. Instead, you get eye to eye contact that radiates that what I had to say I was important. They have had a solid compassion for my 3 dogs.

The staff here are very caring. The doctor explained everything to me and answered all my questions. They treated my girl like she was their own. Very happy to have this as our vet!

They are exceptionally great with scared dogs. They took a lot of time to make our terrified former stray dog comfortable. He has a very short list of people he takes treats from and our vet is one.

Only down here for the week and of course one of my kitties became ill. Was able to get in same day and got taken care of with professionalism and respect. They listened when I gave Gaby's (very) long list of current health challenges and took that into consideration when treating Gaby. Good to know there is a place I can depend on if needed on my next long trip.

The entire staff is compassionate and caring and extremely knowledgeable. They care about your babies. I had to lay my sweet pup to rest a week ago and they cried with me as we said goodbye. Before that, they gave him the best care and love he could have asked for. I will not go anywhere else for veterinary services. In memory of Ralph, 5 stars.
