So I got a puppy who was 6 weeks old, waited and kept him at home till 16 weeks and got all his shots took him to Willow for doggy daycare so I could work and he could get to run around and play with the other doggy’s…. He was fine the first week and after that i literally had to drag him inside he was crying and peeing shaking at the door and I couldn’t figure out why… till one of my family members started working there “ very short lived” and realized my puppy was getting shoved in a crate in the bathroom with another weenier dog on top of his crate…. Barely getting to go outside or get noticed… he sat in a crate most of the day by himself when he could’ve just FREE roamed at my house… I brought him there to interact with more dogs and play. our dogs seem to love this place. our big boy keep trying to get us to take them back. The staff asked questions that made us feel they care about the individual well being of each and every client.

I will never go back! Too much money and complained about my puppy not wanting his feet touched after charging me 57 bucks OMG Took him to Hilltop LLC and they were amazing. All my animals will go to Cynthia from now on.

I contacted Willow Farms about Day Care for my newly adopted dogs who are 1 and 2 yrs old. The conversation over the phone was informative and the person I talked to was very patient with me as a first time dog mom. It was shared that most dogs absolutely love doggy daycare and a small percentage aren’t a good fit. Trying it out for 1-5 days is the best way to be able to tell if my dogs were a good fit. I dropped my pups off a few days later and was greeted with a smile and reassurance that Cinnamon and Sugar would be well cared for. Later that day I went to pick them up. I was again met with smiles and openness from the staff at the front desk. Once I shared that I was picking up Cinnamon and Sugar, one of the staff said that my dogs had a tough time.
