Williams-Sebby Veterinary Clinic & Pet Resort

I have taken my two dogs to Sebby for around 3 years now. They have treated my dogs and myself with the utmost care and respect with each visit. I appreciate their policy and procedures when it comes to handling pet concerns such as allergies. I would prefer a veterinarian to examine my dog before prescribing anything to them, big or small. You get what you pay for, and I have felt every penny spent on quality care is worth it.

I recently took my fur baby for an emergency visit and Dr. WILLIAMS AND DR.SHAFER are the best. Not only did they help me get my baby better they were very patient with all my questions. The whole staff was super nice. Especially the nurse who helped me when I first got there. I love this vets office and wouldn't go anywhere else. Even the receptionist are super sweet.. highly recommend 🥰 my baby boy is back to.acting like his old self🥰🥰🥰

I had been taking my dog Charlie here for about 3 years. She saw all three vets and every single one of them was always kind, gentle, and patient with her. The front staff was always warm and understanding too, especially toward the end when things started getting harder for her. The night before she passed, we went the emergency vet and they told us she was okay to go home and just to follow up with her primary vet in the morning. It was only when I brought her to Williams- Sebby that i realized how severe her health complications were. A few days after visiting the vet clinic—keeping in mind that my dog is in the best health she has ever been—she suddenly developed symptoms consistent with kennel cough. I contacted the clinic to request a simple antibiotic to help treat what is essentially a respiratory infection. The clinic refused to prescribe anything, despite the fact that I had just driven all the way to San Marcos to have her seen only days earlier. In the past, this has always been an easy call-in request, especially for an established patient. Instead, they insisted that she be seen again and implied that medication must be purchased directly through their facility. This was my first visit here and I gotta say, I'm impressed. I was there on a holiday so they were busier than normal but they got me in and out very quickly. I paid a couple of dollar more than at my previous vet, but well worth it when you factor in the friendly staff and quick turn around. Rather than taking my dog to the back room for 15 minutes, which scares her, the in-room exam and vaccination with Todd Sebby was great. I can't wait for my membership to end at banfield so I can bring my other dogs here. Definitely recommend!
