I have edited my original post in order to be more concise for the primary problem. I hired this company to install luxury vinyl plank flooring at my second home in South Carolina. During the in-home measurement visit, I narrowed my choices to two products. I verbally selected Titan Genesis Restoration Pine which was encouraged by the gentleman taking in-home measurements, and that is what I expected to receive. He said this style was more durable, 100% waterproof, will not require replacing as soon as the other one, and it is trendier. On the written estimate, the document listed the Titan brand with a color name that does not exist in the Titan line.
