Wildcat Country Dog Retreat

We were extremely pleased with our dogs’ boarding experience. From the moment we dropped them off, it was clear they were in a safe, caring, and well-managed environment. The staff treated our dogs as if they were their own, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. What truly set this experience apart was the daily updates. Receiving messages and photos every day was reassuring and thoughtful—it allowed us to see how happy, relaxed, and well cared for our dogs were throughout their stay. They were clearly getting plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. We picked up a very happy dog, and that says everything. We would absolutely trust them again and highly recommend this boarding service to anyone looking for attentive, professional, and compassionate care for their pets

What a wonderful experience for our two dogs. We had both dogs share a medium suite. We brought their own beds and two toys along with their food. We also paid for a daily walk, night time treat, emails and pictures. I can’t tell you how happy we were daily to receive those pictures and seeing how happy our dogs were. Each day we also received notes to tell us how they were doing. Of course they were so happy to see us when we picked them us. I would recommend Wildcat Country Dog Retreat over any of the other kennels we have used.

After a week of boarding my dog was returned to me extremely dirty and facing multiple skin problems. The staff seemed indifferent to his state at the time. I am waiting to hear back from the manager. My dog did not enter their facility with any of the problems pictured.

Wildcat took great care of our coonhound while we were visiting from out of town. Our hound is a 4.5 year old female TWC who can be very shy and timid. The staff made sure to take the time to allow her to warm up to them and the facility. We were provided multiple photos of our dog and a well written report card. We were so happy with Wildcat and can't thank them enough for keeping our dog safe. The online portal for reservations, vaccine uploads, photos, and report cards is also very user friendly. Would definitely recommend Wildcat to friends and family and would drop our dog again.
