I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings. But when it comes to Neglecting and abusing your animals, I draw the line. Me, My grandmother, and my little brother decided we would visit this pet store because I recently got a new bird, and I needed some toys. The first complaint I have is that, as soon as we walked into the store, I got hit with a smell that made me vomit in my mouth. I was trying my best to not cough, but it was very hard. I didn’t even make it 2 minutes in the store. Next thing, is that when I was examining the toys, I noticed that not only were they dirty, but very expensive. 40$ for 1 toy?! That’s insanity. My family loves coming to Wild and Wet Pets.. Both locations! We have been customers of theirs since the beginning 😊 I have had the best luck with buying all my son's reptiles there, several fish, hamsters, and our puppy.. All our pets are of quality. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. And they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking to purchase a pet. Thank you for being so wonderful!!

I wish I could leave no stars, this store is so disgusting, tripping over someone or something in such a small space. The fact that my 3yo said the store stinks is a statement in itself. The tanks, cages are filthy. I am astonished that the animals have survived as long as they have this far. Too many animals/fish in such a small cages. One recommendation is if you have allergies, do NOT GO. How about the fact that the owner has yet to respond to any of their reviews. I had a question regarding some fish, they could not answer my question because they didn't know anything about fish. Her response was "I just clean the tanks " clean?!! They tanks have mold on them. They have not been cleaned since the 10th of Never. I will never step foot near this business.
