Desiree was very professional and loving to our pack of weenie dogs! They look and smell great, and we’ve found our new dog groomer!

I scheduled with her for last Wednesday but she had to reschedule for today, Wednesday Oct 22, for 1pm because her pump went out. OK cool understandable. All week I was preparing for her to come out at 1pm today to take care of my dogs. I got a text from her this morning saying she was coming early, however I was busy until our scheduled time and did not even see her messages. Then, she messaged again early saying she was at my place, but no one came to my home. People were here, and we also have cameras. Plus, I don't understand why if she came early would she not call me if I wasn't reading the text?? Sounds very dishonest. I text her back at 12:50pm telling her I was sorry but I wasn't able to be ready until our scheduled time. I let her know I was ready and she did not respond

Desire came by a groomed my Australian Shepherd Neena and my Chihuahua Daisy. She did an absolute fabulous job. My dogs look beautiful and were very comfortable with Desire. She did better than any groomer I have been too. The convenience of the mobility is great when you live in the country. Great experience. Scheduled monthly grooming and looking forward to seeing her again
