We just found this store as we were searching for resources for the jumping spider hobby. The owner is absolutely fantastic with her knowledge and tips as well as approachable and friendly with the many questions we had. We’ve been in several times now and will definitely return for future needs. Absolutely fantastic store and customer service. Highly recommend!!

Went in today with my daughter just doing research on care and pricing. Right off the bat I told them we weren’t buying anything, just looking. Steph still spent 45+ minutes talking to us and showing us various animals. Her passion and knowledge was palpable. I was so grateful for her talking the time to share her knowledge, and will definitely go back when we are ready to get our new pets. Thank you, Steph!

This is a very cool store if you are into reptiles, especially pythons and boas. I stopped just for some tortoise food, but ended up spending at least a half hour looking around. Im guessing the ones working (Sunday 4/17) were the owners. The lady was very friendly and welcoming and the gentleman was quiet at first (NOT rude like previous reviews suggest). When I asked about the baby boas, he was very informative. He told me how he hatched them, explained the different variations and did not hesitate to open the containers for a closer look. They have a large variation of special/fancy ball pythons, bearded dragons, monitors and lots more! Even some baby tortoises that reminded me how little mine once was!
