We have been going to Jess ever since we got our adorable Maltese pup 3 years ago. We started with a puppy intro which is essential if you want the best outcome grooming wise and keep in mind the best interest in your pup when it comes to bringing them to a groomer for the first time. Jess has been handling him with great care and he always comes out refreshed, evenly trimmed, and pampered. Maltese have a tendency to have bad eye ducts hence tear stains so you always want to keep up with it so that groomers don’t have a hard time getting out any stains or eye boogies. We go to Jess every 5-6 weeks in order to keep his coat nice and managed. He has high anxiety (most small dogs do) and Jess knows how to handle him perfectly. She does such an excellent job with our two pups! They always look fabulous!! I also enjoy the peace of mind that my dogs are not crated in a room full of other dogs but instead are the only dogs there for their appointment. Prior to switching to Wigglebutt one of my dogs got very sick and the only place she would have caught it was at our old groomer's. My dogs also do not look stressed or nervous when I drop them off or pick them up so I know they are being treated wonderfully. Definitely highly recommend!!
