I have been coming here for over 10 years and they have been so helpful with the questions ive had for my box turtle, parakeet and cockatiel. They have the supplies I need to care for them and we'll as our cat. Very welcoming and I will continue to go here for my pet needs. As well as to buy a parakeet to keep mines from feeling lonely.

Horrible customer service, place is cluttered and smells bad, staff is snarky still wearing masks with an disgusting attitude behind it, reptiles are kept in disgusting conditions, I purchased a water dragon which didn’t survive because it was sickly and returned it a few days later for a new one only to receive horrible attitude from the patchy manager very nasty person. Purchase two fish and they were sickly put them in my tank and infected the whole community, killed all of my tank off within a week. Only to receive more disgusting comments from staff when letting them know they’re selling fish that are sick. In the store the Fish are floating daily in murky water. Do not purchase animals from here!!! Beware of this store

I shop in the BX and the Staff is great and knowledgeable. Always great feedback and support from them. Tree tums up mon!!

They are always helpful and take care of you right away. They had this little guy out and they said he doesn't go to people, I guess I was one of the lucky ones lol. Can someone buy him for me???? He's adorable and I was so happy he aloud me to hold him. This petland is I think the greatest, polite, fast.

Enclosures for reptiles are just awful. Disgusting if this is the policy of the company because in what world is it okay to have 2 snakes in a tank with a crested gecko?!
