Who Let the Dawgs Out

In this small town of Rockingham NC it’s hard to find someone who is actually professional and takes their business seriously. Our fur babies are our family and we take their well being very serious especially their grooming. I believe I finally found someone locally who does the job right for me and my babies that I can trust. I used to drive to Charlotte, Raleigh, Columbia SC and Richmond Va just to get my girls groomed but with time and gas etc it became to costly for me until I ran into WLTDO Grooming. Yes it’s $75.00 per dog but I was spending that on gas almost round trip lol. Not including time food and $125.00 a pop for my babies. She is and does excellent work on my Pit and Shih Tzu and they are comfortable around the pack, especially if I have to leave them for a period of time

I went here a few times. At first I liked the service. I liked her demeanor at first as well. but then I started to notice that she likes to yell at the animals. My dog sprinkled a little on her floor (to be expected, its a place to service pets) and she yells "the dog is peeing on my floor!!!". And tells me, there is the spray and to clean it up. Then asks me "did he pee on the rug?". Here's a little advice, don't have rugs if that is going to be an issue for you. I wanted my dog to be fluffy, she usually charges me 65, but told me it would be 75 this time being that it will be done by hand. How do you look at my dog ( my baby) and think you did a job well done. Overpriced and bad hair cut, just like one of the other reviewers stated. This will be my last time. I didn't notice

Took our Mini Schnauzer for her first cut. All I could do was smile when I saw her. Immediately walking into the shop, our pup was ready to play. Tobin communicated about expectations from start to finish. Looking forward to taking our princess back! Highly recommend Who Let the Dawgz Out Grooming.

We absolutely love how our Candi looks and will be taking our other dogs over to be groomed! I definitely will recommend to others in the area!

I would give zero stars if I could. They dry the wet dogs using box fans aimed at them while they’re in small kennel shivering. They leave the dogs sitting on the grooming table for half an hour or more while being ignored in favor of the groomers’ phone. We were getting two dogs groomed at different times, so when my daughter was told the first one dogs be ready soon as she dropped the second one off she decided to wait. She watched for 20 minutes and witnessed all of the above happen to our dogs. She called me distressed and so I drove over. When I arrived more than 15 minutes later, the dogs were still in the same situations: one in a kennel shivering with box fans blowing on him, and the other on the table, shaking and ignored while the groomer was on her phone.
