I brought my kitten here for some routine shots after adoption. Our visit was quickly turned upside down due to a snap FeLV test coming back faint positive. blood work was run & another appointment was scheduled for later that week. now before anyone gets in a tizzy, my issue with whitney is not the results of the tests. my issue is with the delivery on behalf of the vet and techs. at the first appointment after the test came back faint positive, Dr. Hanley proceeded to relay this information to me with no other explanation of what was going on and did not either know or explain that those tests are not entirely accurate in kittens under 6 months. it was only explained to me that this was something my kitten would have for life and that she would likely live a short one. this is very upset

A Compassionate Team That Truly Cares It’s taken me about a month to find the strength to write this, but Whitney Veterinary Hospital truly deserves recognition for the care they gave to my beloved dog, Calvin. From the beginning, their team showed genuine compassion and understanding. When Calvin had a reaction to a routine vaccination, they acted quickly and thoroughly, and that’s when we learned he was facing something far more serious—cancer. It was heartbreaking, but I can confidently say they did everything in their power to help him. Even in the most difficult moment—when it was time to say goodbye—they never pressured me. They treated both Calvin and me with patience, dignity, and empathy. It wasn’t an easy goodbye, but they made it feel more human. More bearable. I’m grateful

Dr Frazier is amazing. She saved my 15 yr terrier mix Mack who had pneumonia at her former vet practice. I have followed her to Whitney. My chi/Jack Russell loves her. Goes blastic when hears her voice or sees her..Very caring about her patients. Excellent care

Everyone was so friendly and helpful with my dog. They listened well, and provided solutions, and gave you a choice to participate in the treatment plan. Her spinal adjustment was something I felt she needed for a long time, and I'm excited to go back.

I recommend Whitney vet to everyone. Dr Mike is amazing with my fur babies. We recently have had health issues with one of my cats and he has been so helpful through the process. Over the years with the health issues of all my babies he has always been honest and helpful. Last week we had to put my oldest cat to sleep. Dr Mike and the entire staff was amazing! They all have such a great passion and love for what they do. They are truly there to help you and your pets through their entire life's journey.
