Whistling Winds Animal Getaway

We first encountered WWAG when we were looking for help with our two baby beagles, about 4 months old at the time. Their play fighting turned into real fights, locked jaws and unable to let go or stop. The trainer here took us in immediately, kept our boys for about 5 weeks, and returned them to us well on the road to cohabitation and peace. They're still beagles so peace is a foreign concept, but they now knew that when their people say to stop, it's time to stop! I was super impressed and thrilled to be able to start deeper training with them as they now have a solid base line, sit and down and just a dash of patience (again, stubborn beagles). Haven't had a fight since their return home! It takes very little prompting to sit or lay down, so we can now work on things like shake and leave

We dropped our dog off for daycare. He got a full groom while there as well. When we went to pick him up he looked very handsome and fluffy! Terrific job with grooming and would 100% take him back in the future.

We had our Rhodesian Ridgeback complete the Board and Train program with Sam and we truly couldn’t be more pleased! Duke has become so much more confident and listens so well. He is significantly less anxious. We have a trust in each other that we never had before. I cannot recommend Sam enough!

This is a great place for daycare and boarding. It is family run so they are very flexible and take good care of my Cooper . It is very close to town and very convenient for me. Highly recommend.

I've been taking my sweet baby Yorkie here now for a couple of years, Melissa and Sam (and the boys) are amazing with my girl. Attentive, caring and you can tell their love of animals when you walk in the door. Bella gets so excited about going and doesn't usually want to leave - great grooming, wonderful daycare and boarding has been nothing short of a terrific experience.
