Whispering Pines Veterinary Services - Hermitage

I have 4 dogs. I was going there for the past 40 years when it was Dr Young’s veterinary office. When Dr Young retired I continued going there. I loved Dr Young because he loved animals. Being the animal lover I’ve always been. I only take the dogs and cats I’ve had and have. To a veterinarian that my pets are treated like family. Also myself. I love everyone there. They really care and are great with my pets. Dexter, Izzy, Jazz and Faye are happy too. Alittle nervous when they go there like me going to a dentist. But they are treated so friendly. I would recommend them to every.

As always, my cat was treated gently, but thoroughly. The doctor prescribed a pill form of an antibiotic when I remarked how Ted spits back a liquid. I like how they listen to you about the needs and behaviors of your animal. Ted, the cat, and I were both happy with the care and attention we received. Would recommend Whispering Pines to anyone looking for a good place to take their precious dog or cat.

I have had several appts with different dogs and a kitten with a defect. And Dr. Perkins has been wonderful and knowledgable with every one. Scotty has been more than a huge help getting me in to see the Dr asap. And was very helpful keeping my Bernese Mtn dog occupied while she was having her ears cleaned.

We had our boys in (dogs) for a wellness check including bloodwork. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The ladies at the desk helped me when I screwed up my order thru chewy. When we were there , the boys were seen by Dr. Rick. He does a wonderful job with them. He takes the time to explain things so you understand. The price: expensive…. But what isn’t in today’s world.

Highly recommend! The staff is caring, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything in a clear and compassionate way. I really appreciate that they present different options without any pressure, allowing you to make the decision that feels right for you while fully supporting your choice.
