Process was easy and Mary did such a great job with our dog Bear. He can be particular with who he likes and he seemed to be comfortable right away. The haircut was great and bear has never looked better!
We brought our St. Bernard to What the Fluff for the first time today. We didn’t know what to expect since she hadn’t been groomed in awhile and Lilly did AMAZING! She eased any worries we had, reassured us that our doggo would be just fine and do great (which she did). She gave accurate pricing info and timing for pick up and was so patient with us and our doggo. 10/10 would recommend!
