I just wanted to share my amazing experience with Westwood Veterinary Clinic! Dr. Garcia was absolutely fantastic with my dog's TPLO surgery. She took the time to explain every detail, answered all my questions, and presented me with options for care, including the use of Nocita, a local long-acting anesthesia. We opted for it and it made a huge difference in my dog's recovery. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. My dog's recuperation was exceptional, and I credit that to the excellent care we received at Westwood. From the vets to the techs, everyone was knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. If you're looking for a veterinary clinic that truly cares about your pet's well-being, look no further than Westwood Veterinary Clinic. I'll be taking m
I brought my puppy to Westwood Veterinary after purchasing him from a breeder who referred me there. The very next day after bringing my puppy home, he began showing symptoms, including vomiting, and I had to seek immediate veterinary care. From the moment I arrived at Westwood Veterinary, I was treated with compassion, kindness, and professionalism. Dr. garcia was absolutely amazing, as was the entire staff. Everyone was supportive, attentive, and truly caring. A special thank you to Sara and other lady who was so kind and supportive throughout this incredibly difficult time. My puppy, Kylo, battled parvo and was hospitalized for an entire week. The team at Westwood Veterinary did everything they possibly could to save him. While the outcome was heartbreaking and Kylo unfortunately pass
Grimy. Ratchet. Rude “doctor”. Dr. Garcia. This place is literally just trying to make money. They took my puppy back to get weighed and a fecal sample. They should have done that infront of me , not hidden to where I can’t see. While waiting for the fecal sample, they decided to go ahead and prescribe me what my puppy should be eating (they didn’t even ask me what she was currently eating) and going ahead and giving me things that haven’t even been positive in the test results for the fecal sample. I simply asked the veterinarian if I could have a prescription written so I can order the heart guard online. And he abruptly started yelling at me and catching an attitude telling me. Oh no I don’t believe in online , you can either buy it here or I’m not gonna write you the prescription. so t
I had a wonderful experience bringing my cat to this veterinary clinic. Dr. Garcia’s knowledge and extensive experience were evident from the moment we walked in. He took the time to carefully examine my cat, explain everything clearly, and answer all my questions. What truly made the difference was the compassion and genuine love he and his entire team showed throughout the visit. They treated my cat with so much care and patience, making him feel comfortable and safe. I am very grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for dedicated and trustworthy veterinary care.
STAY AWAY! Disorganized, and they only seem to know how to serve one type of client: Hispanics. I brought my chihuahua in for a physical and a quote for dental cleaning, and the doctor said my dog had a heart murmur. He suggested an echocardiogram but said the cardiologist is mobile and has to come to the clinic. They refused to schedule the appointment until I paid $700 on my debit card, explaining that they charge a large fee to use a credit card. They pressured me into this, and that is not customer-centered. I should be able to get a second opinion!! The front desk lady told me my appointment was at 5:00 PM. They close at 6:00 PM. I arrived at 5:00 PM, and no one said anything to me, so I waited until 6:00 PM, and the cardiologist still had not arrived. After I got restless, I asked
