DUDES Beware… I went there to pick up my pup today there was a miss communication between the shipper and Westport Dog so I got there an hour early no big deal. While I was waiting for the 48 hour hold to be completed, to the exact minute , I asked what I thought was a reasonable question after driving over three hours to pick up a dog Ive never met,” hey I know I have to wait the hour with you, can I just take a peak at him or you could snap a picture for me while I wait?” The response I got from Alex, who claimed to be an owner, “ wow you are literally driving me crazy”… mind you other than that and my introduction to her earlier we didnt converse. So long story short she hates dudes. Esp ones with trucks and tats and every other thing that fits the hatred narrative. So I waited outside

been having our 40 pound golden doodle groomed here..they do a GREAT job with the brush outs and cuts.

After boarding at Ven-Elgers for 15 years I recently boarded my dog at Westport Dog Kennel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. It's disheartening to know that my dogs became unwell while under their care. The staff seemed friendly and attentive,. While I understand that dogs can fall ill due to various factors, I expected a better level of cleanliness and attention to detail to prevent such incidents. Considering the negative impact on my dog's well-being and the overall experience, I cannot confidently recommend Westport Dog Kennel. It's crucial for pet owners to choose a facility that prioritizes cleanliness, communication, and the health of the animals in their care.

Great facility in Massachusetts Nikki has done an amazing job. Great staff always a smile and they work quickly and very friendly. Lucky Tails Express loves bringing dogs here weekly
