Western Waukesha County Dog

Came to watch my daughter's dog being shown for her first show. I really didn't have any expectations or people experience to go by. I saw a number of ladies trip on what they said is a new show surface. That was a little concerning. Even though it was bitter cold outside, the room was warm. Everyone said they appreciated the area where the dogs could run freely and work off energy. With a 5 month old puppy, that was quite needed for us. The lady showing my dtr's dog was really helpful to another person who was showing for the first time. Gave him hints to keep the dog under better control and later showed him how to groom the dog in a show cut by actually grooming it for them. It was the same breed as ours and will be our competitors in upcoming shows, but she still helped them. The dog

I have only positive things to say about WWDTC. As a new puppy owner I knew absolutely nothing about owning and training a dog let alone a puppy. I am very impressed with the classes I have been able to take part in. The instructors are very knowledgeable and there are always helpers in each class to assist the instructors. The facility is all run by volunteers and runs beautifully. I have recommended WWDTC to many people already, I couldn't be happier, Thankyou for providing such an amazing opportunity to be better dog owners! Kay D

We have only been with the WWCDG for four weeks and have been able to use the training in everyday situations with our dog. The trainers are so patient and are amazing with all dogs. Will be continuing our training in future sessions!

My experience with WWCDTC has been the worst. we sent a signup form and check in 2 months in advance of the class and heard nothing from them. I have called and left at least 10 messages, plus I have emailed multiple times asking if we were signed up to the class, since they did not cash the check. I got no response after weeks of trying. The level of incompetence on this issue is baffling, as this is no way to run a business. After not knowing if we had a class to go to, we signed up with one of their competitors. We canceled our check and paid the $35 fee. Based on this experience I don't believe they would be competent train any animal. Stay Away!
