I’ve been to this store a few times now and both my dog and cat love it. They have everything we need and the staff is always super helpful and friendly and compliment my children.

I love this store. I buy 3 things regularly, my dog’s kibble (A Taste of the Wild), bulk biscuits (special ones for his allergies) and raw beef marrow bones. I used to buy his kibble online, but started buying here a little over a year ago. It costs a small amount more (28 lbs bag costs $58.99 currently on Amazon. Here it is only $1 more at $59.99). I bring my own wagon, but they have wagons and carts right inside the door and they always ask if I need help out to my car. I had issues with the kibble being out of stock online or taking 2-3 weeks to arrive after being shipped. There was only 1 time it was out of stock at WPS and they took my name and number, called me a few days later when it was back in stock and held a bag for me in the back. Stellar service with basically anything your dog or cat can need. Reward program on my cat kibble and they also have a full return policy on any food that your cat won't eat. Very knowledgeable staff and they even have a bulk litter container so you can just bring in your own reusable container and fill it up so you can save packaging. All of the staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable.

I went in looking for a special food for my dog with dietary restrictions and not only did they have exactly what I needed, but they also suggested a few extras that ended up being a hit. The store is organized and has a great variety of toys, treats and accessories. What really sets them apart is the personal touch, they remember regular customers and even ask about our pets by name. My dog literally got excited just walking in the door. I’ve shopped at big chain stores before but nothing compares to this level of care and attention. I can’t recommend western pet supply enough
