I’ve been bringing both of my dogs here for quite some time. Their customer service is awesome. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The price for services is very reasonable and affordable. The Dr and staff explain everything thoroughly and are caring. I can tell they love what they’re doing and care for the well being of my two dogs.

The entire team is friendly, professional, and always makes us feel like family from the moment we walk through the door. Our cat Mochi and our dog Shibuya are always treated with so much care and attention. You can tell they genuinely love animals and take pride in what they do. I drive all the way from the Upper East Side of El Paso because they are that good. The quality of care, the kindness of the staff, and the trust they’ve earned makes every mile worth it. And a huge thank you to Sarah for the recommendation, we’re so grateful we found them! 🐾

Friendly staff from initial phone call to pet check up. Worked fast to make sure my cat Lestat was comfortable & wasn’t getting too stressed out. Explained orders and worked with us to figure out a good plan to make sure my cat was healthy :) :3

Wow! First time bringing my Coco here, and we had a Super experience. Jacqueline and Sam were very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely welcoming. :) It’s affordable, and Sam answered all my questions while explaining everything thoroughly! Overall, it was a great experience. I strongly suggest to bring your pets with this amazing crew.

We absolutely love this veterinary clinic. The doctors, techs, and assistants always go out of their way to make both pets and owners feel comfortable. They are incredibly kind, supportive, and understanding, and it’s clear they always have your pet’s best interests in mind. They treat my dogs like their own—even when they’re hectic and anxious—and that patience and compassion means everything to me. Appointments are always fast and efficient without ever feeling rushed. Truly, everyone in this clinic deserves to always have a cold pillow at night and a raise. They have helped me and my family more than I can put into words, and I have never been so appreciative. This is hands down the best veterinary clinic I have ever worked with.
