10-Day Post-Op Experience – First-Time Kitten Family We recently brought in our inherited male and female kittens for spay and neuter procedures. As a first-time kitten family, this was an important milestone for us. These kittens are not “just pets” — they are family. We invested over $350 for both procedures and drove 45 minutes one way because we believed we were receiving quality care at a more affordable rate than our local options. First, we are grateful that 10 days later both kittens are eating, playing, and returning to their normal, energetic selves. That is what matters most. However, the overall experience felt unexpectedly mechanical and lacking in communication. Pre-Op Experience: • Pricing was not fully transparent. Office fees were not discussed upfront. • A $50 deposit

Dr Nall wouldn’t let me pay and give me my dog because her receptionist was hateful and I said something. The conversation was going nowhere and she wouldn’t let me pay and give me my dog!!! I had to ask 6 times “ let me pay and give me my dog. I’ve included the notes from her files where you charged me $25 to take my dog outside with an open wound to “hose her down”. She didn’t receive her PM meds because they were given to the wrong dog but I’m sure that wasn’t disclosed to the other pet owners.

They took great care of our sweet Luna. Definitely recommend, I felt like the price was very reasonable too for exam and medications. They also took the time to discuss her weight and recommendations for helping lower it, really appreciate that even though went in for possible uti they looked at the whole picture for her overall health. You can tell They all really care about your furbabies well being, everyone was very friendly too! Thank you all again!

This place is the least compassionate place I have ever seen! My husband just took in my Mother's 17 year old, 2 pound Yorkie. My Mom died 12 years ago and asked me before she passed to take care of Daisy. Daisy had survived a rattlesnake bite, but was blind. She was the sweetest little thing, but she missed her Momma♥️ In the past 6 months, she was unable to control her bowels and wasn't eating very well. I stopped getting her groomed as that was traumatic for her. I kept her comfortable, held her and told her I loved her, everyday. My husband just returned from having this sweet girl put down. After being eithenized, Dr.Sharilyn Nail looked at her teeth (yes they were bad) and her weepy eye (rattlesnake bite) and implied that we hadn't taken good care of her!! Before putting her down,

This vets office is rude and unhelpful. Would leave zero stars if I could. The doctor only cares about getting as much money out of you as possible. Won’t even answer a simple question about an X-ray without trying to charge a consultation fee! Least compassionate people I’ve ever endured, think the doctor needs to find a new profession. Make the drive to Colorado city where they actually care about your animals. You will not regret it!
