West Point K-9 Academy Inc

I have had two dogs at West Point K-9 for Boarding and training. They have been very well taken care of and I was very happy with the training. There is room to play in the fenced in playground. The kennels are very clean and airy. The staff is very caring towards the dogs. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely love, and trust Juan and Melissa so much! Have been taking my dogs there for many years and wouldn’t leave them anywhere else for boarding or training. My German shepherd went from night to do in behavior, after extensive training and I have the utmost peace of mind when leaving on vacation and knowing she is there. (The non stop tail wagging says it all when I drop her off). Can’t go wrong and the many years they have been there says it all! Ty guys!!!!! <3

Amazing place. I was so nervous to leave our German shepherd puppy for the first time. I said no to a few places before being recommended this place. The owner is fair, trustworthy and knows what he’s doing. Along with his daughter. Taking vacations are not stressful at all when it comes to having a place to leave our pup now. I know he’ll be taken care of and getting some training. They truly care about your pet here.

We had an in incident with our Golden Retriever and quickly realized he needed more training than we were doing. My boss recommended West Point since she has taken her dog there for training. From the first visit I loved the grounds and Melissa and Juan. We ended up having to leave our baby there for 3 weeks (which I wasn’t sure I would be able to survive but I knew it was best). Marcos the trainer was working with our dog as well and Juan and Melissa and they were amazing! They kept us informed sent us videos and pictures and we were able to visit as often as we liked. We took our baby home Saturday and I can see a HUGE difference in him already. We truly love the whole staff! They were super professional and treated our dog like one of their own. I adopted a pitbull mix from the shelter about a year ago that had absolutely no training. I tried training her at home as much as I could but eventually realized I didn’t have the skills to do it. One of my coworkers recommended West Point K-9 and I’m so thankful for them. I did the board and train option and am so happy with the results. They really work with you to make sure you have all the tools and skills you need to be consistent with your dog. My dog loved coming in every weekend after we picked her up for the weekly sessions. Definitely a worth it investment.
