UPDATE 2025 Still highly recommend and our neighbourhood agrees too! We Highly Recommend WMPH! They are very cordial, receptive and attentive. We found them during COVID lockdown when our Vet was extremely overwhelmed with patients and they warmly accepted us most graciously. The care given by every team member is outstanding, tender and sweet. They have helped us through routine care, euthanasia of our 17 yr old feline and an emergency of our beloved 5 yr old little pup. We always felt welcomed, well cared for and a genuine heartfelt loving connection to the animals they attend to. We are so happy and appreciative to have their services in our town. ❣️

I highly recommend West Marin Pet Hospital.my cat has had regular check ups there and recently was diagnosed with diabetes. Dr. May developed a plan for treatment with the most current insulin (created for cats) taken orally and easily taught me how to treat my beloved pet. Diabetes is not a death sentence and he is living a happy, healthy life. Dr. May’s knowledge of current and new treatments is an advantage in getting the best care for your pet. The office is well managed by the staff and it is a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

I can't say enough praise, appreciation and kind words for Dr. Shay Redfield and WM Pet hospital. Compassion, knowledge, trusting and more are the first words that come to mind. Dr. Redfield cared for my very sick overly impacted older kitty, Mr. Black. He is now on the road to repair and has another chance at his other 9 Lives:-). Thank you West Marin Pet Hospital, next time we'll be back for check ups instead of a life saving procedure. Entire staff so kind & welcoming. Dr Shay & Dr May excellent Vet’s, both are so caring, loving & pet owners themselves. Found them during an unfortunate time of emergency when our Vet was unavailable. One call & they said bring him in NOW and saved my little Henry’s life! Since then many of our neighbours now take their fur babies to see them & they are our #1 Vet’s!

I've been hesitant to write a review as I worry that everyone in Marin will want to move over to West Marin Pet Hospital. Dr. Redfield is the best vet I've ever brought my animals to. Her staff and clinic are so attentive, so thorough, so kind and honestly, the real deal. I could go on and on. She continues to get more and more noticed for her expertise and style of patient care. It's not like any other clinic in Marin and I've been to most of them. This is the way it should be. Thank you Dr. Shay and staff for bringing back confidence in where I take my beloved animals.
