Dr. Rhiannon is fabulous. I also appreciate the fabulous front desk staff and the manager- Molly. My baby was diagnosed with Addisons shortly before we moved to the area- so I called around before the move to find a vet that would be comfortable with Addisons and found West Main, and boy am I glad I did! After my first visit I felt confident in my decision and for the first time in a long time, confident in our vet. Dr. Rhiannon was very knowledgeable, took her time with Luna and gave off a calming aura. I also witnessed Molly and the front desk staff very calmly and professionally handle a disgruntled individual who was threatening to come in to the building with Covid to "get back at (them)". Every time we go in- the staff greet Luna by name, are aware of our reason for coming beforehand

Had a wonderful experience here. Was a first time client and they got me in within the same week for my sick pup. The doctor and the front desk staff were very kind. Prices were also affordable compared to many others in the area. While what they offered was very thorough, no services were pressured. They treated my little baby with the utmost care and will be returning. Definitely will be recommending! :)

We absolutely love this place. Every doctor we’ve had here is excellent. Our animals have been coming for over a year now and the staff are so kind, knowledgeable and they don’t pressure you to spend up if it’s not necessary for your pet. One of our cats is a bit feisty and they are very gentle and sweet with her. I highly recommend this vet.

Been bringing my elderly Husky here for the past 3 years since I moved to the area. My dog is a handful and they handle her with patience and loving care. She recently had a difficult surgery and they did a great job!

Dr. Rhianna is very informative and truly cares about animals. Our experience with West Main is very positive and recommend West Main to anyone that is looking for a new doctor.
