Absolutely horrible people! My sick, 10 year old dog slipped out from under our gate yesterday on January 2nd. The same day his X-rays came back showing he has a small bone stuck in his chest. He immediately got approved for emergency surgery but unfortunately on my mom’s return home she couldn’t find him. She had been calling this shelter along with others the entire day and they told her that he was not there. This morning she continued to call and fortunately found out that he was there. She was told previously that he was brought in around 12 noon-1pm which is the exact time he would’ve have gotten out. They are doing a hughly noble job, providing shelter to the stray pet animals. I recently adopted a dog sheltered by them. I found him very pretty. Now, I am working on training that dog from a reputed company in Los Angeles.

I would give negative stars if I could. You don't give ANY information on program details or requirements online, yet you hang up on every caller once you've left them on hold for 15 minutes. This is 15 minutes of being told there was only 2 calls ahead of me. Suddenly, each time my call hits 15 minutes, you hang up on me and a recording claims there is some unusual technical error. You lie and misrepresent yourselves. Where does the money go if not to your agents actually answering calls? I was just trying to foster my cats in an emergency situation but since you keep refusing to help anyone who needs more information, I am going to be forced to make you take all of them as permanent surrenders and you can live with how you kept a family apart from their pets purposefully and intentionall

All these shelters complain about having too many dogs and cats and its over crowded, but the minute you go in there and choose one and want to interact the 1st thing that comes out of their mouth is BEHAVIOR ISSUES !! Can I not see that for myself? And its always with the small good looking dogs its been every excuse for all shelters I drove to all the shelters and the same word came out of their mouth! They want to push a big dog on you and they dont even know your housing..if I had a big house I'll take a big dog. But unfortunately I have an apartment where a small dog is more suitable. I still have plenty of roaming space plus we can always take them to a dog park ! The other issue is that they seem to place bets , so the highest bidder ends up taking the puppy or doggy of your choice
