Amazing experience I had today!! 🥰 I took my mom’s cat to the vet for an office visit for an exam, flea treatment that was really needed and his vaccinations that were over due. The front desk lady was super nice and Dr. Navdeep Bajwa was great with Nolan as well as the lady helping us. My concerns were heard & understand, They answered any questions/concerns I had about my mom’s cat and really gentle with Nolan. The prices are super reasonable, they explain each price and told the cost of each thing Nolan received. They made me & Nolan very comfortable because they were so easy going. I definitely will come back when needed. I had bad anxiety walking in but there energy made me feel relieved and Nolan really liked them!! Especially the doctor (he was cuddling the doctor giving him rubs) 5

Dr Bajwa and the staff at West Lane are great. Easy to get an appointment quickly. Helpful over the phone when I have questions or need help. Highly recommend West Lane Pet Hospital. They helped me save these sick kitties I rescued!

As far as my own, I have not went there thank God, but I have two friends that have and both times they’ve been lied to cheated, and the animal suffered Have suffered OK They built for stuff that they didn’t do. They said things were wrong with the dog that wasn’t. They also left things out that was wrong with the dog. The dog had a fractured spine and they said that they did x-rays and they did this and that and come to find out two days later, took it to another vet and it had a fractured spine and the dog suffered for two days with the fractured spine and they gave it ibuprofen and said they did x-rays and that he was fine and my other friend had her put her dog down and he didn’t need to be put down and they built extra things and they lie nothing but a cheat and they don’t care about

I called to schedule an appointment their vet exam 45 that’s cheap. I called them gave name said my spouse is flagged they can’t service my pet I asked to speak with management they refused. I had my spouse called since under his name again manager decline. Very rude they don’t even know why it flagged to decline our service. Shows how horrible they are. My pet is very sick. Refusing service.

Dr Bajwa and his staff have been treating our dogs for +15 years and have always provided excellent care and guidance. He really got to know our dogs and us; never felt impersonal.
