I have to take a moment to share about this fantastic new business in the Chautauqua community. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience at West Lake Boarding! After seeing that the facility had recently opened, I reached out to owner Nathan to schedule a tour. He was incredibly responsive and welcoming. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the spacious sleeping arrangements, temperature-controlled indoor areas, and thoughtfully designed outdoor play spaces—a clear sign that comfort and safety are top priorities here. We were so impressed that we swiftly changed our reservation from our usual boarding facility to West Lake Boarding—and we’re so glad we did! Absolute recommend West Lake Boarding! Nathan is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel totally comfortable leaving our pup. Our dog came home happy, well-exercised, and clearly loved—almost like he had a little vacation of his own! The facility is very clean, and designed with dogs’ comfort and safety in mind. You can tell they truly care about every animal that walks through their doors. We’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to every dog parent we know!

Nathan and family take great care of our three dogs. They provide both indoor and outdoor exercise space. The kennels and yards are super clean and the dogs are safe. Highly recommend!
