We had a wonderful 1st visit with our baby Rottweiler. Everyone was super nice. I haven't had a dog in over 15 years and the prices have really gone up but its understandable considering our economy right now. They gave her a little Halloween scarf, she was so cute.

UPDATE We just brought our other two pets for a joint appointment and the staff was again amazing. They even gave them matching bandanas 🥰🥹 Amazing staff! The vet and techs are great. LC is usually pretty stressed at the vet but this visit was the calmest she's ever been! Jacinta was our vet tech and she was so good at handling LC and putting her at ease. Grateful to have this place nearby.

Been coming here for a year. They treated our Jack Russel Terroir and our family cat. Monica has made sure that Decatur has been good from surgical procedures to keeping him updated with his shots. She checks in and makes sure we understand everything. She breakdowns down treatment plans and gives us the best option and not just the high end prices. We will forever recommend this center to everyone. We’ve had a lot of bad experiences with other doctors but we have found our home

Amazing Service and Staff - Gave me a list of options on the phone that might better suit my pets needs due to his condition(surgery or hospitalization was a possibility) but ultimately I decided that I wanted him examined immediately so took him in. Greeted warmly and promptly roomed, amazing ladies at the receptionist desk. Wait and service wasn’t too long it was about a 1.2 hour visit maybe slightly less. Gave me a list of options in detail that might suit my pets needs and the Dr. even compacted the list to suit my budget. He was given injections and tested for pancreatitis, given two medications. I paid $555 I believe for the treatment plan that I felt was best and most necessary for my dog, in comparison to the 1540$ that I was initially presented with, they didn’t push or hassle m

We just moved to the area and wanted to get our dogs established with a vet in the area. Both of our dogs are anxious, with one being reactive. The team at West End handled them with care and professionalism and helped ease our own anxieties. They were efficient but thorough and explained everything in depth to us. They even gave our dogs cute bandanas to wear when they finished their visits. Would highly recommend this team!
