Our experiences have been wonderful! We ended up switching to West Dakota due to an emergency that we had with our Maggy and our other vet could not get us in, they were not open on Fridays and not all that friendly. WDV welcomed us with open arms, got us in right away, followed up with us on a Saturday even though we were not even regular customers. They won us over!

This place is a well-oiled machine. We were in and out so fast, with medications in hand for our furbaby, that my 4 year old boy was disappointed he never got a chance to play a game on his tablet. Staff was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I were so impressed with the staff and facility within minutes of our first visit. Easily the best vet clinic I’ve ever taken my pet to. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable, calm & kind. You can tell they are a great team and perform their work with pride. The facility itself is open and spacious, very up to date, and tastefully decorated. We were very satisfied with the whole experience and appreciate everything they did for our dog during his health emergency. They saved his life!

Saved my cat's life and now hes on the cd food for the rest of it. They couldnt keep it in stock so I went with online purchase it was cheaper at one point but now its $7 more than the clinic. When they changed online stores the perscription expired i called atleast a month in advance and it was still a nightmare due to lack of knowledge and ball dropping that comes with high turn over rate. No notice on price increase and the last check up appointment was like 45 minutes after it was supposed to be, no heads up and she was super annoyed, so glad I could pay $90 to be graced with a shitty attitude and man handle my cat (it was unnecessarily excessive force) due to their bad time management the other one wasnt as resistant.
