If you love your animal, DO NOT take them here. Ever since the real Wendells retired, this clinic has shifted to a profit-over-care mentality. And because of this the results have been devastating. After over a year of me expressing the same medical concerns and being told it was "nothing" my dog died in a very traumatic way. If they had listened, he would still be with us today. My second experience was almost as bad. I was pressured into paying for an unnecessary add-on service just to get the actual issue addressed. After performing the service I didn't want, they admitted they didn't even have the equipment to do the procedure we originally came for. Our four footed family members have enjoyed the very personal veterinary care of Wendell Veterinary Clinic since 1995. Our lives take us from NH to CT and SC, and although when remote, we have relied on care in other clinics in an emergency, we have come to realize the 'hands-on ' old fashioned, quick study assessments and therapies provided by Dr. Stacy Tela and staff stand above the rest. Their care is worth the trip from anywhere!

The staff is very friendly and they always handle my dog with care. I have an animal aggressive dog and they are always careful to keep him separated which puts my mind at ease when I drop him off for procedures. I have had traumatizing experiences at other veterinary facilities and have always been nervous entrusting my pet with other people, but Wendell Veterinary is great at helping put those anxieties at ease. I will continue to bring any future pets I get to Wendell! The service is exceptional!

I have been bringing my pets here for over 10 years and compared to other places their prices are very reasonable. Dr. Wachter is a great vet and the staff is always kind and caring.
