Maybe I was just lucky, but in my dog's last weeks Dr. Kreger answered my texts, sometimes delayed several hours, every day or night of the week. When my pet's time finally came, staff came to our home so I didn't need to put my buddy through any greater anxiety or pain.

I’ve taken my cat to be treated for urinary blockages twice now. My first visit I had nothing but good things to say about this office and Dr. Kreger. After my second visit, I will never be going back. I picked up my cat from the office this afternoon and I smelled some urine coming from the carrier, I didn’t think anything of the smell considering he had a catheter in for 3 days. I got home and immediately let my cat out to find he was covered in urine. His chest, feet and stomach were stained with urine and his fur was matted with it. I immediately called back asking for an explanation and was told my cat was very difficult and nasty. I needed my pet rats to be looked at for wounds that they had. I called and they got me in the next day. Every one was so nice.You could tell they truly cared about every pet that came in. Dr. Kreger was straight forward and told me what was going on and that they needed surgery to remove the tumors. I made an appointment to have one of the rats tumor to be removed. He did an excellent job and wrote down step by step on what to do for after the surgery and if I had any questions to text them and ask. I highly recommend Dr. Kreger to anyone who has pocket pets. I will be making another appointment for the next surgery with him.

I am forced to give a star however, he is less than deserving. He killed my bird. He took us on when I called to get follow ups he ghosted us. I finally got ahold of him and he claimed that people from all over were bringing their birds to him however I could not find anything to uphold his claims,I begged him to see my bird he said he would find someone or help me find someone. Traveling distances with a sick bird is not good ,safe or an easy practice he could have called a very local vet to fill a prescription. As for me traveling is difficult due to a back ,hip and knee injuries. He never got back to me with me the whole time in a panic looking for a vet I'm safe proximity.. He could have cared less about my bird and what loosing him would do to me.. I have retained an attorney in hopes

Dr. Kreger is one of a kind. I never met someone that gives his heart and soul to animals. I met him during my parrots first visit, he sadly passed away. Dr. Kreger is the face of compassion and you will never meet someone like him. I moved from New Jersey to PA, and Dr. Kreger diagnosed my dog with gastritis so he put her on w/d food. When we visited the Philadelphia vet, they charged us $8,000 and they couldn’t even diagnose Lexi and give her the proper medication. As of now, Lexi still visits his complex for her check ups and follow ups. Dr. Kreger is a man of true compassion for animals, and he puts care over profit. Dr. Kreger is worth the 1 hour drive because he is an animal lover himself and I’ve been very picky around my area because they just don’t have that empathy and compassion
