Best veterinary care ever! We L O V E Dr. Zimandy and her entire team. She saved our pups’ lives more than once. And when we laid them to rest, she was kind and respectful to our pups. Her staff is always sweet and compassionate. Thank you to all of you!! I don’t trust anyone else with my pups!

I was distraught when I brought our very loved neighborhood cat into Welleby Vet Clinic. He was emaciated to the point that he was skin and bones. Dr.Rodrigues examined him giving him less than a 50/50 chance of survival. Gris was so weak, with jaundice and anemia, he could barely lift his head. I just about decided to put him down when Dr. Rodrigues said, “Hold on, let’s see.” He waved a spoon of food in front of Gris who plopped up immediately wolfed it down and meowed for more. Seems like he wanted to live! Dr.Rodrigues, after blood tests, determined what Gris’ course of action would be. Our family has exotic & domestic pets (a banana ball python, pet rats and cats) that we have had treated & operated on by the hospital. The Drs and team genuinely care about your pets; with very strong customer service, follow-up comms and timely feedback especially when your pet has undergone surgery and is trying to recover. They have vast experience with exotics given the volume of exotics they see and the diagnosis pattern recognition over time. The advice was balanced, practical and super helpful when you're stressing over a beloved pet. If you want a place that genuinely cares for you and pets, this is the place to come to. Brought our rabbit, Java, in for any eye infection. The front desk staff was so friendly, especially Elizabeth who I spoke to to tell I was running a few minutes late and she was very understanding. The tech, Kevin was fantastic. It is not an easy task to hold a bunny still when they’re mad or scared and he was the perfect mix of gentle and firm. And was whispering sweet things to my bunny while he had to get held for eye drops and looked at. Seriously such a sweet person, thank you Kevin. Dr Rodriguez was polite, knowledgeable, and clear. He didn’t rush our time with him. He explained and talked through his findings and suggestions with us. I couldn’t be happier with this office and each person at it.

I went in for a checkup for my Holland lop rabbit the other day. The vet & all of the assistants were so gentle & handled my baby boy Luna with such care! The vet was very knowledgeable, answered any questions I had, & Luna even got a couple of treats! I got him some eyedrops from Chewy instead since Welleby did quote me $94, then $22 after price checking with Chewy. But they were $10 on Chewy so I went with that :) I definitely recommend this place for rabbit visits! Just double check any prescription pricing online :)
