Weggy's Auto & Pet Wash

Today my partner and I brought our four dogs and car to get a clean up. First issue was with the water pressure in the pet washing station. I have a double coated breed, so the pressure needs to be higher in order to thoroughly wet her coat to the skin. After six minutes of still attempting to rinse & shampoo her, the machine began to beep. I assumed it was just a warning to let me know it was my first round of charge, and would continue to work (I paid with card). This was not the case. The water stopped, and the timer kept going, indicating it was still charging the card. I tried all forms of stop buttons available, tried reswiping my card, and tried to turn the dial back to rinse mode. Nothing. So I tried to call the number, which apparently is also tied to a dermatologist? So you have

Pet wash great. Wish the machine took tens as we have big dogs but works well. I'll continue to go here. Just wish I could request some signage of what's in the soaps. So far no bad reactions but just to be safe for our golden.

Car wash works good, but I used a card and it the timer kept running and resetting. It billed my card $15 for 3 minutes. I wasted 10 minutes of my life trying to get the timer to stop resetting. Now I get to call my some guy named John with a strong Indian accent and file a dispute. I called the number on the car wash instructions but no one answered.

The dog wash station does not work at all. It cut me off while rinsing my dog who is full of suds at six minutes while still charging my card for a full 20 minutes. I had to take him over to the car wash side and pay for a car wash and hose him out there. Then I had to bring him back to dry him off and pay another fee of $15 just to dry him only to find out that the dryer works lower than the lowest setting on a blow dryer so I am currently at home drying off my dog who had to ride home soaking wet. I tried to call the number for help about six times with no answer. When you go to hit stop on the dog wash station, it will not work and it will continue to charge your card for the full amount. You are much better going off to tractor supply club for unlimited minutes and a much better cust

Dropped $4.50 in the coin box in bay 2. Selected power soap. Got water but no soap. Later selected spray wax. Got water. No wax. Tried calling the non-emergency number and it doesn't work. I recommend driving a few more miles to find a car wash that is worth your money
