Oooooof this place is a price gouger for sure! Y'all better be careful when going here. Also I saw a lot of other reviews about the doctor being very condescending towards women and that is very true. He talks to us women like we are stupid. The nurse with the ear gauges and ugly orange and pink nail polish is ehhh kind of nice. There's a Hispanic lady that works at the front(not the pregnant lady)and she is ruuuuuude!!! I like this that but just warning you all just the same as these other comments are. For my male dog to get neutered it was over $500!!!! I was like oh goodness I'll just go down to the TCAP or Humane Society to get him neutered and the dr was like just keep in mind they can't do anything for you if your dog passes away. And I'm thinking what are you going to do for me giv

I just got home from this clinic and couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The doctor, staff, and entire team were exceptionally kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring—it was clear they truly love animals and care about our pup. They took the time to perform a thorough examination of our senior Doberman and provided thoughtful, helpful recommendations for the issues he’s been experiencing. We’re so relieved and grateful to have found such a wonderful new veterinarian. I can’t recommend this clinic and its amazing staff highly enough—they’re truly outstanding!

I rarely write negative reviews because I want to support small businesses. However, my experience at this animal hospital was extremely poor in customer service. The employees at the desk were okay, however the doctor himself was very unkind. I felt uncomfortable speaking to him, I’m a more reserved young woman and he spoke very belittling and condescendingly to me. In order to help others with your knowledge, you must be able to communicate effectively and without ego. I had just moved to the area and found this office on Google. A few reviews warned of this doctor, but I ignored them. No, they were correct and I am just warning others. Lastly, there was a sign to keep small dogs in carriers in the lobby, however there was a cat walking freely around. Trying to get into my purse and rubb

TLDR: Overall, this place is fine; I've been bringing pets here for yrs, however, the staff can be condescending and flippant. 1) My dog is dead. You facilitated his cremation. Please make a note in clients' chart when their pets die, so you can stop carelessly bringing up a painful topic for them. 2) Either the Dr has Aspergers or is socially awkward. In an exchange about anti-nausea meds, I mentioned that I start taking Drammamine about 40 mins before a flight. Dr. Lozzi bluntly retorted, "You need to read your instructions; You're supposed to start taking it the day before." As an extremely motion sick person, I will definitely heed this advice, but a box of Drammamine tells users to take it 30 mins to 1 hr before an activity 😭 If at any pt during a discussion, you're bringing into qu

I cannot truly express how happy we are with the W.A.C. team. The staff is fantastic, the facilities are very clean, especially for an animal clinic. Dr. Lozzi is attentive and efficient, always ready to answer my many questions. My German Shepherd is NOT the easiest to deal with but Dr. Lozzi and his staff always have a few tricks to take care of what is needed without sedation. This makes my wife and I very happy. The costs are very fair, especially for the exceptional care received. Way to go Dr. Lozzi and your exceptional team!
