I have been bringing my cat Peaches here for a number of months now for claw trims. Megan who is the groomer is always friendly and Peaches never seems stressed or agitated after. The price is reasonable for the service.

This spot is awesome! They are quick and efficient! Our Ruby loves her 'spa' days. She is so clean, soft and smells so good for days afterwards. Thank you to Annie and her team for providing exceptional service! Our dog loves this shop and the friendly staff she gets to visit with 👏

I got two kittens from a shelter and one of them had a really stinky butt - dried poop all over her fur and I couldn't get rid of it at home. Couldn't find many places that do cats and the ones I found had a week long wait and I couldn't handle the smell much longer. I walked in a Sat morning and asked if there was any chance they'd have time to do my kittens and thankfully they did. I was very nervous as they're small and already going through a lot of changes but Genesis was the groomer who did a bath on one of them and a sanitary trim on the other and I couldn't be happier! I found the price to be very reasonable but most importantly my stinky kitten was no longer stinky! Definitely recommend

I take my stubborn, side-eye throwing Akita there on a routine basis, and they've never once delivered anything that wasn't totally worth the money. Before he passed, I also took my 18-year old cat to them, and they were not only extremely communicative about what they would be able to do to take care of him, but far more importantly, what they could NOT do. He was skin and bones by that point, and his previous groomer thought that they would be OK using a razor on him despite his skin being so thin. I strongly appreciate a business that can recognize their limits of safety and not try to ignore them for the perception that they're providing a service. I'd highly recommend them to anyone, Gen especially.

Annie has been great with my pup, Laylah Simone. My puppy can be a bit skittish at times, especially when it comes to grooming, but she has now found a home at We Love Paws. Annie is very knowledgeable and has given me some really good tips on pet grooming in between visits, along with other helpful tips on pup care. Both she and her staff are personable and friendly. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of a few scheduling and communication mishaps at times, but when that happens, they are apologetic and try to make things right. So far, the pros far outweigh any cons. I am happy that I found this place.
