Dr. Cotner and her staff are nothing short of extraordinary. They are compassionate, understanding, and take time to listen to my concerns (even the concerns that turn out to be nothing). Their prices are reasonable, and their service has never been anything less than great. Dr. Cotner does not try to "upsell" like some other vets in the area. It is evident that the only thing she cares about is the well-being of her patients. I couldn't be more grateful to have a vet who loves my pets as much as I do.

Wayside is absolutely wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about them. The entire staff is friendly and caring; you can tell they all enjoy their job and seeing each of the animals. Dr. Cotner is friendly, efficient and a great vet. I also appreciate that with voluntary procedures I have never felt pressured to spend money on a surgery I can’t afford, or shamed when I have to say no. Her pricing is exceptionally reasonable and they’re fast at getting you in. I get all the standard vaccinations through Wayside, as well as same-day appointments when something happens. In addition, they were able to do an in-house surgery when my dog needed a tooth removed. Absolutely love you guys! We had recently moved here, and had yet to find a new vet. We have a German Shepard who's skin/loss of hair condition, had returned. You guys got us in almost immediately. Dr. Joplin didn't make us feel rushed one bit. I felt my concerns were heard, and not just listened to. :) I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.
